When describing a problem, please be sure to include the following information:

the version of the program, the "About the program" button in the shell window

the version of the operating system

the key used to activate the program.

  If a communication error occurs, please provide the following information:

the model of the printer or MFP

the communication interface with the device (USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet)

in the case of USB, please specify the type (or provide an approximate description, such as "printer kit", "Chinese from Ozone", etc.) and the length of the USB cable.

Be sure to attach screenshots of the screen or program windows when any error occurs.
